What do you mean by “my data”?
Your documents, the files you import, your requests to Summia, and its answers. They belong to you.
Where is it stored and processed?
Your documents and files are stored in the Paris area by Scaleway, a French hosting provider certified to ISO 27001. The AI models that handle your requests are hosted in Europe.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Not by Summia, and not by our model providers.
Who can see my tables?
You, and the people you share them with, at the access level you choose. No one else.
What happens when I delete a document?
It stays in the trash for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it’s deleted forever.
